4. No Agency or Brokerage Guarantee

Unless expressly outlined in a signed written agreement, accessing our website or contacting us does not create an agency relationship, brokerage representation, or fiduciary duty. Any formal engagement requires a separate executed contract in compliance with state real estate regulations.

All projections and assessments are estimates, not promises.

  • Fees they charge

  • Actions or omissions they commit

Clients engage third parties at their own discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

  • We are not liable for losses related to market fluctuations, property conditions, financing decisions, or actions of third parties.
